Scope of the service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Service Provider organises leisure activities and excursions (hereinafter referred to as the \u201eProgramme\u201d) for participants. The Programmes are always held indoors, so weather conditions do not affect their running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">3. Booking and conclusion of the contract<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To use the Service, you must make a booking in advance via the form embedded on the website <strong>B\u00f3kun<\/strong> is made via the booking system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The contract comes into effect upon successful booking and payment of the service fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are required to provide accurate details when making a booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system will send an automatic confirmation of your booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4. Prices and payment terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The fee for the services is the amount stated on the website, which is stated <strong>in euros (EUR)<\/strong> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is exclusively <strong>online, in advance, by credit card<\/strong> via <strong>card via Stripe<\/strong> secure payment system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoicing is automated: following successful payment, the <strong>via the Sz\u00e1ml\u00e1zz.hu system,<\/strong> system generates the electronic invoice and sends it to the email address provided by the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">5. Information on the right of withdrawal (Special rules)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to inform Users that the detailed rules governing contracts between consumers and businesses <strong>Pursuant to Section 29(1)(l) of Government Decree No. 45 of 2014 (26 February)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason does not apply to contracts for services relating to leisure activities where, as specified in the contract, <strong>performance deadline or due date<\/strong> ended up there.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>As the programmes organised by GypsyJourney Ltd. are always <strong>at a specific time (day and time)<\/strong> state, so the customer, after making the purchase <strong>is not covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal<\/strong>. Instead, the Service Provider provides the following Cancellation Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">6. Cancellation and amendment terms and conditions (by the Customer)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests are entitled to amend or cancel their booking subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Up to 48 hours before the start of the programme:<\/strong> Cancellation is free of charge. In this case, the Service Provider will refund the purchase price <strong>the full amount<\/strong> (excluding Stripe\u2019s transaction fee) will be refunded to the guest, or the guest will be offered the option to rebook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Within 48 hours, or in the event of a no-show:<\/strong> The guest is not entitled to cancel the booking or claim a refund of the purchase price; the Service Provider will not refund the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">7. Cancellation of the programme, minimum number of participants (by the Service Provider)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The condition for holding the programmes is that <strong>a minimum of 27 participants<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the Service Provider shall, no later than before the start of the programme, <strong>24 hours<\/strong> before the start of the programme, cancel the event and close bookings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In this case, the Service Provider will notify the guests concerned and offer them the following options:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Booking one of the next available slots (rescheduling).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the replacement date is not suitable, the Service Provider will <strong>refund the total amount<\/strong> paid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Service Provider accepts no liability for any other losses arising from the cancellation of sessions (e.g. travel expenses).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">8. Terms and conditions of participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By making a booking, the guest acknowledges that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants take part in the programmes at their own risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse participation to any person whose condition (e.g. being under the influence of alcohol or drugs) or behaviour poses a risk to the smooth running of the Programme or the safety of other participants. In such cases, no refund will be given.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">9. Complaints and disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please do not hesitate to contact us with any complaints you may have at <code>booking@gypsyjourney.com<\/code> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumers may also submit their complaints to the Conciliation Board with jurisdiction over their place of residence or to the NAIH.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions, Hungarian law and the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Szerz\u0151d\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telek (\u00c1SZF) Hat\u00e1lyos: 2026.05.12-t\u0151l visszavon\u00e1sig. 1.
